These three extra views allow you to design and control your layout to an

extreme degree.

7. Layout Table:

While in the extra “Layout” view, you can draw a table to be used as a

layout.

8. Draw Layout Cell:

Similar to the above, while in the “Layout” view, you can draw cells to be

used in designing a layout.

9. Insert Row Above:

Inserts a row to a table above the cursor.

10. Insert Row Below:

Inserts a row to a table below the cursor.

11. Insert Row Left:

Inserts a row to a table to the left of the cursor.

12. Insert Row Right:

Inserts a row to a table to the right of the cursor.

13. Frames:

Insert a variety of types of frames to be used in a web page layout.

14. Import Tabular Data:

Dreamweaver will attempt to import a data file formatted into a table.

Forms

The Forms tab allows for easy insertion and manipulation of forms.

1. Form:

Inserts an empty form at the cursor.

2. Text Field:

Inserts a text field at the cursor.

3. Hidden Field:

Inserts a hidden field at the cursor.

4. Text Area:

Inserts a scrollable text area at the cursor.

5. Check Box:

Inserts a check box at the cursor.

6. Radio Button:

Inserts a radio button at the cursor.

7. Radio Group:

Inserts a radio group of buttons at the cursor; you can specify exactly

which values can be selected in the window that appears.

8. List Menu:

Inserts a menu that can be used to contain a list.

9. Jump Menu:

Inserts a drop-down menu that can be used as navigation.
