Do one of the following:

Save the file.

From the Project | Contribution Setup view in Collage, select the file again.

Click the
Check In
button .

Complete the Check in asset dialog box and click
OK
.
If you want to... Then...
Insert the
component using
the Collage
component
integration to
Macromedia
Dreamweaver
a Install the component integration to Collage. See "Setting
Up Component Integration with Dreamweaver" on page
16.
b Open the file in Dreamweaver.
c Select Window | Objects to display the Objects window.
d From the Objects window, display the
Serena Collage
Design Components
palette.
e Place the cursor where you want to insert the tag.
f Click the
Insert Property Field Component
button .
g Enter the name of the property in the
Property
field.

h Optionally, if you entered
CreateDate
in the
Property
field, enter a date format in the
Format
field. See
"Formatting Date Fields" on page 29.
i Click
OK
.
Insert the
component
manually using
your own HTML
editor
a Open the file.
b Enter the following at each point where you want Collage
to insert properties:
<nexus:field property="
name
"
format="
format
"/>
For example:
<nexus:field property="
FileName
"/>
c Specify the name of the property in the
property
field.

d Optionally, if you define the
property
field as
CreateDate
, enter a date format in the
Format
field,
such as
"yyyy.MMMM.dd GGG hh:mm aaa"

information.
IMPORTANT!
To use an updated contribution layout file, you must approve the latest version and
make sure to associate the asset type with a contribution folder.
