Define an Insert Record server behavior

You’ll use a server behavior to create the necessary server scripts for the application. You’ll create a

connection between the form field data and the database data so that completing the form and

clicking the Submit button inserts the information into the database.

1 In the Server Behaviors panel (Window > Server Behaviors), click the plus (+) button and

choose Insert Record from the pop-up menu.

The Insert Record dialog box appears.

2 In the Data Source (ColdFusion) or Connection pop-up menu (other server page types),

choose connGlobal.
